Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how BHELPS handles information for Collab Bridge based on the actual application implementation.
Information Collected
We collect account/auth information via Supabase Auth, profile details (role, name, bio, interests, social media usernames), user-generated content (campaigns, interests), and device tokens for push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Data Processing
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres with Row-Level Security). Access to private data is gated via RPCs. Contact details are only revealed after a valid unlock between parties.
Location Data
Location information is optional. If a user explicitly opts in to use their current location (e.g. via the location picker), device location may be obtained and reverse-geocoded via OpenStreetMap Nominatim to provide a location suggestion; selected location fields (latitude/longitude, city/state/country, formatted address) may be stored with the user profile. Location is not collected automatically without explicit user action.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account through the in-app "Delete Account" option, which invokes the delete-user Edge Function to remove user data and associated storage as implemented.
Security
We implement security controls including row-level security (RLS), gated access to private data via RPCs, and server-side validation. While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for business use by brands and creators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
